OTC News Disclosure Service

The Quarterly Reports are now available on OTC Disclosure Service as well as EDGAR (which you can also get from OTC Disclosure Service).

We will continue to disclose using both these services for the foreseeable future as EDGAR is the most commonly known method of disclosure and of course we have been using it for the last 5 years and people are familiar with this process.

I would also like to add that we have always had an extremely high level of disclosure but we will continue to balance that with commercial considerations. That is not providing too much information that benefits our competition. This particularly includes information on sales activity and customers but also includes product development and future offerings.
